Nino Davila is a Trial Attorney with more than 30 years of experience, serving clients and communities through a broad-based legal practice focused on advocacy, problem-solving, and practical results. He currently serves as Of Counsel and is actively licensed to practice law in Illinois, with inactive status in Texas. He is also admitted to practice before the United States Supreme Court.

Mr. Davila is a graduate of Washburn University School of Law in Topeka, Kansas, and is an American trial lawyer born in Mexico City. Over the course of his career, he has maintained a family-oriented practice handling a wide range of matters, including contracts, real estate, insurance, divorce and family law, civil litigation, criminal defense, and immigration matters.

Fluent in Spanish, Mr. Davila regularly assists clients who prefer to communicate in Spanish and takes pride in providing accessible legal guidance to diverse communities. His primary office is located in Chicago, Illinois, where he continues to serve individuals and families with dedication and care.

Outside of his legal practice, Mr. Davila values family and community. He is married to Irma and is the proud father of two children, Sofia and Diego.
