Good to Know Before You Book
The Penalta Law Firm is an hourly based legal practice and does not offer free consultations. This structure ensures our attorneys can dedicate immediate, focused time and strategic analysis to your matter from the very first meeting.
Formal legal representation begins only after an engagement agreement is fully executed and the required retainer funds have cleared the financial institutions.
Book a consultation through 9:00 PM ET. After 5:00 PM, conferences are telephone or video only. Edgewater in-person conferences are by appointment during normal business hours, Monday through Friday, 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM. Palm Coast and Boca Raton conferences are telephone or video only. The Edgewater office is not a walk-in.
